How to Add a Content Block

Content blocks are the backbone of your spaces, letting you present information in various ways.

Why use content blocks? They offer a flexible way to:

  • Share key information clearly

  • Embed videos and interactive elements for engagement

  • Upload supporting documents

Here's how to add them:

  1. Click the blue "+" in the sidebar.

  2. Select "Content Block."

You'll instantly see a headline and text field – start typing!

Editing Options

Customize your content block to make it stand out:

  • Format your text: Double-click on text to see styling options (bold, italics, lists, etc.)

  • Add media: Click "+add media item" to:

    • Embed videos (Loom, YouTube, etc.), calendars (Calendly, HubSpot Meeting), or custom code.

    • Upload files directly.

Layout: Click the "Layout" tab in the sidebar to choose from five arrangements.

  • Carousel view: Add multiple files to a block for easy navigation.

  • Preview & Fullscreen: Click a file to preview, then use the fullscreen icon for a closer look.
