Perfway gives you complete control over your RFP structure. Here's how to manage your pages:

Fundamentals:

  • Add New Pages: Click the "Add Page" button in your sidebar to create a fresh page.

  • Edit Details: Click the edit icon next to a page's name to change its title and visibility settings.

  • Rearrange: Drag and drop page names in the sidebar to change their order.

  • Delete: Use the delete button next to the edit icon. (Important Note: Deleted pages cannot be recovered.)

Understanding Page Types

Choose the best fit for your content:

  • Shared Pages: Visible to your MarTech or Brand prospect. Perfect for RFP brief, proposals, and collaboration.

  • Internal Pages: For your team's eyes only. Ideal for:

    • Notes and Strategy: Centralize deal-specific information for seamless collaboration and handovers.

    • Confidential Details: Discuss pricing, negotiation tactics, and more without revealing sensitive data to your prospect.
